Practical info
Equipment
Wear a swimsuit or quick-dry shorts and bring a change of clothes. You will get wet. For sessions over 1h, apply waterproof sunscreen before arriving since exposure on the Garonne is significant with no shade on the water.

Head to Place Aristide Briand in Lormont, on the east bank of the Garonne, directly at the foot of the Pont d'Aquitaine. Parking is available nearby, and Lormont is accessible from central Bordeaux in under 15 minutes by car.
