Practical info
Equipment
Wear closed-toe shoes and long trousers to protect your legs on the trail. For a 2.5h outdoor ride in the Picentini mountains, bring a light windproof layer and sunglasses.

The meeting point is Via Alle Mandrie 18, Bagnoli Irpino (AV), roughly 60 km east of Salerno, plan around 1 hour by car from the city center.
