Bungy jumping from the Klaus dam (50m) in Austria
The free fall from 50 metres is the peak of the experience. You accelerate toward the water or ground below before the bungee cord engages and snaps you back upward. That rebound phase, where your body weight fights the cord, is what most jumpers describe as the second hit of adrenaline.
You will be standing on a platform 50 metres above the ground before you jump. A fear of heights is common among participants and does not automatically disqualify you, but you should know that the drop is real and there is no gradual build-up. You either step off or you don't.
The session is 30 minutes in total. That includes your briefing, gear check and the jump itself. Travel time to Klaus Dam, 4564 Molln, is not included in that figure.
The listing states 'Everybody welcome' as the physical level, but weight and age limits are set by the operator on site. Contact Jauntal Bungy Adventure directly before booking to confirm your specific eligibility.
