Equipment
Operators provide wetsuits, helmets and harnesses for all tours. Bring a swimsuit to wear underneath, water shoes or old trainers with grip, and a dry change of clothes for after. For "Sporty" and "Very sporty" sessions lasting 4.5h or more, add a small snack and a refillable bottle.
Getting there
Most meeting points are within 15 to 30 minutes of central Grenoble by car, including Sassenage (Furon), La Rivière (Versoud) and Saint-Gervais (Ecouges). Grenoble-Isère Airport is roughly 45 minutes away, but a rental car is strongly recommended as canyon trailheads are not served by public transit.
