Practical info
Equipment
Operators provide wetsuits, helmets and harnesses. Bring swimwear to wear underneath, water shoes or old trainers with grip (no flip-flops), and a dry change of clothes for after. For full-day “Very sporty” descents like the Cady/Taurinya, add a small dry bag for personal items and high-energy snacks.
Getting there
Most meeting points are around Prades (Espace Alfred Sauvy) or Marquixanes, both reachable via the RN116 from Perpignan, roughly 45 km inland heading west toward the Canigou massif.
