The two "Occasionally sporty" tours at Nevidio are accessible without prior experience. The "Sporty" 7h tours require good physical condition and comfort with cold water immersion. No technical climbing background is needed for any of the four options.

Nevidio's water sources are fed by snowmelt from the Durmitor massif, which keeps temperatures low even in summer. Wetsuits are provided by operators to manage the cold, but expect a genuine shock on entry.

Both are listed as "Sporty" in the 7h format, so the physical demand is comparable. Nevidio is famous for its tight, technical gorge sections where swimming through narrows is unavoidable. Grabovica offers a different profile with varied terrain across a similar duration.
