Valrafting's canyoning trip on the Morge river runs 5 hours and starts at 176.45 CHF per person, with guides speaking English, German and French. The operator lists the physical level as "Everybody welcome", making it a solid entry point for first-timers who still want real canyon terrain. Book directly through Valrafting and confirm your spot at least a week ahead during the summer peak season, May through September.
Canyon descents on the Morge combine abseils, natural waterslide sections and jumps into pools. The biggest rushes hit during the rappel sequences where you descend directly through active waterfalls.
Some exposure to vertical drops is inevitable in canyoning. The Morge route is rated "Everybody welcome", so the descents are manageable, but expect genuine height above water and plan for that mentally before you go.
The full outing runs 5 hours, including briefing, gear-up, the canyon descent itself and the return hike out.
The tour costs 176.45 CHF per person. Contact Valrafting directly to confirm exactly what gear and equipment is provided on the day.
