Practical info
Equipment
Wetsuit, helmet and harness are provided by Swiss River Adventures. Bring a swimsuit to wear underneath, water-friendly footwear (trainers or neoprene shoes), and a change of dry clothes for after the 4h session.

Drive to Besenbeiz Alte Post, 7430 Rongellen, located just off the A13 motorway south of Thusis in the Graubünden canton.
