Practical info
Equipment
Wear a swimsuit under your wetsuit and bring a change of dry clothes for after. All tours supply technical gear, but closed toe shoes with grip (old trainers work) are strongly recommended, especially for the full day Rio de Frades route where terrain is more sustained.
