Antipodes runs a single, focused bungee jumping session from the Sainte-Eulalie viaduct, near Millau, rated 5/5 across 10 reviews. At 50 €, the 1-hour session is open to everybody, no prior experience required. Book directly through Antipodes and confirm your slot in advance, especially on weekends when demand peaks at this iconic Aveyron gorge crossing.
The freefall phase immediately after leaving the viaduct platform is the peak adrenaline hit. Your body accelerates before the cord engages and snaps you back upward, which most jumpers describe as the second shock.
A reaction to heights is normal and expected. The briefing from the Antipodes team is designed to help you manage it. The operator lists the activity as open to everybody, so no specific mental preparation beyond that briefing is required.
The full session runs 1 hour, which includes the safety briefing, harnessing and the jump itself. The freefall and rebound sequence lasts only a few seconds, but the adrenaline effect typically carries through the remainder of the session.
The session is conducted in French. If you do not speak French, inform Antipodes when booking so they can arrange adequate communication for the safety briefing.
