Practical info
Equipment
Dress in layers: temperatures drop at altitude even in summer, so a windproof jacket over your regular clothes makes the 30-min flight far more comfortable. Closed-toe shoes are essential, as you run a few steps on launch.
Getting there
The meeting point is weather-dependent and confirmed by SMS the day before, so no need to travel to a fixed spot in advance. Lauterbrunnen is reachable by train from Interlaken Ost in roughly 20 minutes.
